We had a great time with my parents, sister and grandparents over Thanksgiving.  It was the only time all of us were going to be together before Christmas and mom had just figured out how the timer worked on her new camera.  So she pulled us all in for a family photo.

Just a few months before I talked my brother-in-law into taking pictures of Dave & I with the puppies for Christmas.  One of them is on our home page and I made a fun Christmas card with another one.  Clilck on any of the pictures to see more in Picasa.

Well this is my what 5th attempt at a family website?  Hopefully I’ll actually keep up with this one.  I’ve had some great help from Amanda on making it into what it is today.  I’m still learning how to make it work and not everything is set up yet, but she’s put up with my pestering her with tons of questions and has been a big help!  Hopefully as I change themes/seasons I’ll be able to do it myself soon.

Since my last website attempt Dave and I have moved to Memphis, more specifically to the adorable town of Collierville, TN.  We moved in to a true Southern hospitality experience that we didn’t even get in SC.  Our neighbors came to visit and brought us all kinds of yummy sweets.  Our newest neighbors compared it to Pleasantville .  We’ve been very blessed with very kind and sweet neighbors.

We also joined Ridgeway Country Club.  They have a beautiful club house with a great restaurant, a nice pool in the summer time (I can’t wait for warm weather again) and of course a wonderful golf course.And yes I’m playing golf.  I’ve done the unthinkable and taken lessons from my hubby and he’s turned out to be a great teacher.  I’ll be on tour before you know it!  Ha!  Well maybe by spring I’ll hit the ball straight   We’ll be partying there on New Year’s Eve with my mom & dad.

Dave is working in manufacturing now down at our plant on President’s Island.  He’s on 3rd shift right now but other than that he loves his job.  He likes the change from finance.  I’m still in sales and I’m travelling non-stop to everywhere from Maine to Mexico.  In fact I’m in Mexico next week.  I love going to Mazatlan in the winter.  It’s beautiful there!  At the end of the week both Dave and I get to head to Ohio and spend the weekend with his family.  Then if all goes well we’re off to East Tennessee.  I hope you’re having a Christmas season.  Hopefully I’ll be diligent enough to post again soon.
