Once Upon a Blog is having a design giveaway for their grand re-opening!  You’re probably familiar with may blogs she has designed.  I’m considering her for mine you should too!

Well they’re not near as cute as Bakerella’s, but for my first try I don’t think they turned out too bad.  And they are soooo yummy; I inisist that you try making your own today!  Or you come eat mine so I don’t gain 5000lbs from eating them all myself

It is cold in Memphis right now, but it’s not near as cold as Ohio.  So the snow is perfect for snowballs and snowmen.  I through snowballs for the fubabies and Buckeye chased them all over the yard.  This is the dog who refuses to play fetch but he sure does love snow.  I noticed how well it was packing and coudln’t resist making a little snowman.  Dave brought me a baby carrot and grape tomatoes for eyes.  The little acorns left in the yard from the fall were perfect little buttons.  So the of course I had to subject my smallest puppy to a photo shoot. 

Which went fine until he decided that the carrot looked yummy.

But he was satisfied with eating snow instead

Sadly as I’m typing this I can see that my snowman is down to one eye and the edges of the yard is starting to show.  It’s supposed to be warmer next week so I exptect it to be gone tomorrow, but it sure was fun while it lasted.  I think snow is much more fun when I don’t have it every day for 4 months…that and we could play today with the sun shining and blue skies.
